Team, We are unable to remove partially signed/signed document from the package. Could you help us on this? Thanks, Sushma

Have you set the package back to DRAFT mode before trying to do this? You cannot edit a package while it is "live" (SENT status). Also, what are you using to try to do this? API, SDK, UI? Let me know.

Hello, We are editing the package before we delete the document, so the package is in draft status and we are unable to delete document. Package is not complete. Here is the code snippet: _eslClient.EditPackage(packageId); _eslClient.PackageService.DeleteDocument(packageId, doc.Id); _eslClient.SendPackage(packageId); Exception we are receiving: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. Optional details: { "technical":"EsepCommand failed and no fallback available.", "messageKey":"error.internal.default","message":"Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.","code":500, "name":"Unhandled Server Error"} Even tried as you suggested, updating the packagestatus to DRAFT. We are receiving internal server exception in this case too. Thanks, Sushma

What eSignLive instance are you using? I'll take a closer look.

Hey Sushma, It looks like there is already a bug filed for this. I will update this thread if I find out any more info. For now, you'll have to create a new package.

Thanks Michael. Could you update us once it is fixed and is it same in the PROD environment? Thanks, Sushma

I would assume as they're generally on the same build, but I will check for you and post back.

I just created a transaction in apps.esignlive.com and successfully removed a document that had been signed by one signer but not yet by the sender, who also had a signature. So, it would appear this is only an issue in sandbox. Let me know if you see something different.

Hey Michael, Can we have the estimated time, when this would be completed? From when can we expect delete signed documents to work in pre-prod. Thanks, Sushma

I have posted on the existing bug report in our ticketing system asking if there was a timeline for the fix. It's currently listed as "in progress", but I'll have to let you know when I hear back if there is a date they expect this to be fixed. Stay tuned.
