You moved the location of the personal certificate client and didn't let your users with on-site instances of OneSpan Sign know about the change. As a result, a few of our users were unable to download it and sign documents. Fortunately, we put two and two together and discovered the change in the URL. Couldn't you have redirected the old URL?

Thanks for bringing it up to us! As you may have found, the latest PCC client download link can be found in the "Installing the Personal Certificate Client" guide.

The URL redirection is a continuous and ongoing plan, including all the uploads, code shares, images, guides and documentation links from previous documentation site and the developer community site. And thanks again for your heads up and the contribution!
