USE_FAST_DOUBLE_PARSER Server error 500

We are now receiving 

SilanisRest error calling: https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/, response: {"name":"Unhandled Server Error","message":"Unexpected error. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, please try again. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.","code":500,"messageKey":"error.internal.default","technical":"USE_FAST_DOUBLE_PARSER"}

Does anybody have any idea what might be wrong.?
