HI,

After a package is created with sms authentication, could you please let me know when I can update sms cell phone and when I can't update this sms cell phone?

Hi Cindy,

 

You may have known that you can't update signer's information like email, name, company, etc once the signer has started to sign, however the SMS authentication is still changeable even after the signer has started to sign. Just make sure the package hasn't been completed and the status is DRAFT mode. Is this consistent to what you have observed?
