An “end user support view”

It would be nice if there was a way for the document owner to view (read-only of course) the document exactly as the signer sees it. Our layout on the document is not visible to us, but is visible to the signer/customer. It would be really helpful to us (the package/document owner) to be able to view the document as the signer sees it. This way, we can support the signer by going over the document together. This option is available with other places, so it's not a too unusual feature. Thanks!

I agree that this could be a useful feature for supporting your own end users. As I told you in email, I passed this along to a product manager and I believe you've already mentioned this to the support team, as well. Thank you for the suggestion! :)
