Score Analysis and Latest Events

The Score Analysis and Latest Events pages display a grid of the transactions and non-monetary events with their scoresClosed Scores are fully customizable models ("Decision Analytics model") that are attached to the items of the decision hierarchy. Two types of scores are used, depending on the device from which a transaction or non-monetary event originates: web scores are invoked from computers, mobile scores are invoked from mobile devices.. The basis for the data displayed in this grid are the event scores, i.e. the data is not displayed according to customer records.

The grid facilitates investigation of high-score events and categorize them either as Fraud or as Genuine.; the purpose of the options provided in the Score Analysis page is to facilitate categorizing the events according to their score; whereas the options in the Latest Events page facilitate categorizing the most recent events accordingly.

Options

Refining the review period

By default, the grid in the Score Analysis page displays the events with the highest scores from the last day, sorted from highest to lowest score. The From date is by default set to the current day you are logged in.

The grid in the Latest Events page also displays the events ordered by date, starting with the last day.

You can refine the reviewing period for your search in the Score Analysis and Latest Events pages ; the following options are available:

  • Last Day
  • Last Week
  • Custom period, where you can enter a period as required, or by entering the start and end dates.

You can change this by entering the relevant dates in the From and the To date fields by clicking in the date field and picking the required day(s) from the calendar. Re-run the search with the adjusted options by clicking APPLY.

Grouping the grid data and customizing the display settings for the grid

The GROUP BY list box allows you to group events by the columns as currently displayed in the grid, e.g. by type, session, account etc.

By clicking EDIT TABLE, you can select the columns of the grid you wish to display. You can also establish the order of the columns as required, and the number of rows displayed on one page. Most grid columns offer you an input field for entering search terms—this allows you to search the grid by the specific search term and column. Each search field also offers you a list menu with search modifiers for further refining your search, and you can group events by different parameters, e.g. grouping all events of the same session, or all transactions for the same beneficiary etc.
