I am getting below error when I am trying to notify signer.

After reading the docs, the solution for this problem says :
Please verify that the PDF exists, and that it has not been corrupted.
I am sure that my pdf exists and is not corrupted, but is not stored in the Bundle ressources directory like the ones in the sample app.

Hi,
I have a scenario for a package with 1 document and 2 signers, only 1 signer required to sign the document.
when this package sent , both of the signers received the activate email (1 signer for signing, and another signer just review - no signature required.

After signing ceremony, we have pdf file with signatures that is in general active pdf. In this active pdf, customers can view some legal properties that we do not expect in our application.

I've not been able to find documentation which explains the differences between flattened and active documents.

I use following method to update senders info:
eslClient.AccountService.UpdateSender(info, senderid);
The problem is that once this is done sender is inactive and invitation needs to be sent to a sender.
Is there a way to activate sender immediately after update?
I think there is another option.

We are getting a red error message in the UI when we attempt to elevate my eSignLive user account from a "Member" to a "Manager" that indicates we've exceeded our user limit.
From what I can see, we have a license that lets us have 15 active users.
