I was wondering if there is any way to pull more than 100 completed packages for each sender for a given day. I have one sender that completes more than 100 packages a day and the completion report only shows up to 100 per sender, unless I am missing something.

Hello, I was using OneSpan app report "Account Summary Report" the only report available from top level "Reports" drop down. The person I looked at had 1 x Draft +  1 x In Progress + 11 Complete for total of 13 Pkgs. There was also a count of 2 items "Trashed".

Hi Team, We have a client reporting that they recently noticed that they are getting two types of status from OneSpan, 'SIGNING_COMPLETED' and 'COMPLETE', when individual signer completes the signing process.

Is there a way to retrieve a list of packages in the Trash folder using Java SDK? I understand Trashed is a property not a package status. But I need to purge all packages that are trashed.

Few Senders reported that when they set up the Fields such as Signature / Signer Initials they got misplaced from their side however from signer side - the document was fine and can be completed the signing without any issue. Please kindly advise on this issue.

Team, I was exploring REST API for one of our need, where, we need to download all the documents for all packages that has been completed for a given day. I see Reports option where you can git list of completed packages for a given day.
