Question regarding Document Signing Certificate of Completion with session purge: A customer is asking if he could purge an eSignLive session, would the Document Signing Certificate of Completion also get purged or does it maintain a separate record of that? This is for litigation purposes only;

Very new to this. One of our clients requires 'digital' vs 'electronic' signature - that is, the signer must have a PKI certificate and the private key of the user's certificate is used to create the signature.

Hi There,
In our application, we generate a certificate for the end user when they complete the transaction and we want that certificate to be automatically signed for the user without any interaction from us. Is such kind of integration possible with eSignLive?

Has anyone run into a Certificate chaining error when trying to make a call to createPackage? We are using IBM WebSphere BPM v8.5 and the eSignLive SDK 10.10.1, the certificate is installed in the Cell's defaultTrustStore, however,the eSignLive SDK call seems to ignore it.

Hi, when a smart card is used is the document also signed by a server certificate or something after all signers have signed? Also, how is non-repudiation retained when not using smart cards?
