Sometimes we encounter an issue where we need to change the signer on the package. I know I could resend a package to the new signer, but this would require us to start from the beginning. Is there a way to change the signer after the package is sent?

For signer person ui we use OneSpan signing URL (https://sandbox.esignlive.com/authentication?target=https://sandbox.esignlive.com/transaction/{:transactionId}/sign&loginToken=******) to get data, in this case we get HTML page.

We are integrating with Onespan using Rest API.
We have three types of Roles. Broker , customer and Business.
Broker first sign an agreement(using esign), followed by customer and then Business people sign an agreement.

So far, the process is this. The notary signs into the transaction and then switches to the borrower that will be signing. The borrower will then click the okay button a few times to authenticate themselves and start signing.

So in our flow the following happens.
Customer signs
admin reviews the signature and assigns a sales rep to counter sign the document.
How can I update the signer after the customer has signed?

Can I turn off the email to signers? I had expected a .withSettings(newDocumentPackageSettings()
.withInPerson()) might do that, but I got the email this way too.

We've a scenario wherein we have 3 signers for a given document and all of them sign sequentially. Singer1 signs then signer2 and then signer3.
The issue though is that signer2 is identified at runtime and known to signer1.
