Hi,
There is a confusion when we use the callback function, is there anyone to give some advice?
The callback url is based on our application.
And this path is correct when running directly in the browser, however there is no reaction after the callback event action.
How could I research this issu

I will have a great number of users to maintain.
In order to simplify process and to make adding and modifying users I need to (or prefer to)
1. Add users programmatically (this probably has to return user API key)
2. Once user is added I would need to modify
a. Callback URL

Sorry for all the different posts, but I thought it'd be better to have each question separately so they're easier to search.

I want to update the status in my database as soon as user sign the document. I haven't found code to get the status as soon as signer sign the document. I did register all the even using callback example code.

Our main use case is for our system to wait for document signing to get completed and for this, we rely heavily on eSignLive callback notifications. Typically, we receive the callbacks with just a few seconds delay upon actual signing.

In looking at the audit service for a package there appears to be events worthy of being in an audit log but do not appear to be.
For example: PIN authentication failures show up, but not that access has been locked out.
I haven't tried, but does resetting the 'PIN count' get logged?

Returns set of delegationEvents with EventID(?) arrays that contain 4 items below:
eventDate, eventType, eventDescription and eventUser
EventID example-> 699AK8PzZMg0
a) can you confirm this is not a SenderID ( can't seem to find a Sender using this for ID )
