We are in process of changing OneSpan SDK to OneSpan REST   In SDK we are retrieving the status using GetSigningStatus(objPackageId, signerId, null) which giving us 'InActive' status as output.

Dear, When we are creating a new package with the .net SDK we need to know if the template has any roles that have attachment requirements. Sofar I can see is this information not mapped when we make a request.

Guys, I am trying to update a signer via the rest api call and it doesn't appear to be working. When I do the call in postman, it returns the response payload that is expected but it doesn't update the information. I do not get any errors and everything seems like it worked just fine.

int the call to CreatePackage when calling the eSign rest api , we get 500 error from the server. EslServerException: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.e-signlive.ca/api/packages/o6Qqzj2LSQVcL28SnOxjUNKx-oE=/documents.

Hi! I have been trying to upload multiple documents with a post request to '/api/packages' (the sandbox) url and getting getting the error indicating the number of documents sent in the payload is different from what I attached, Could have a look at the code and let me know, what I am missing?
