Hi,
Currently after signing the process we are receiving the Thank you window with Close and Exit buttons.
Let me know whether we can restrict this window after signing process completed.

Hi,
Is it possible to upload additional attachments when completing/signing a package? For instance if a signer had to upload a scan of their drivers licence and then sign. Would that be possible?

We are using the following API to retrieve the signer signing url
GET /packages/{packageId}/roles/{roleId}/signingUrl
We are controlling the signing process from within our host application by providing the signing url to the signer as an iframe within our application.

I have a PDF that has a number of editable fields, when the signer completes signing the fields are no longer editable but when the sender downloads the signed document it is still editable.

Hi There,
According to the requirements we have, if a person doesn’t completes the purchase by paying but has signed the documents, if that person comes back again after certain number of days, he needs to do the whole transaction again.
