This forum has been such a great help so far, that I figured I'd post here on the off-chance you can provide some guidance.
We're working on displaying the Signing Ceremony iFrame within our application on mobile devices (specifically an iPad running Safari) and have run into some issues.

Hello,
I am having a problem where documents in the signing package appear to be ordered randomly during signing. We always send the documents in the same order. Is there any way to ensure the order of the package using the documents JSON?

Is there any limit to how long a signed package will "live" (i.e. be available for user download) on eSignLive?

Hello,
When i sign a documnt with mobile device, we see this window (e.g. screenshot).
It appears only with mobile device but we don't want this window. Can i remove it? Or we must request support to delete it?

I am using the JAVA SDK to send signing co-ordinates and a base 64 document stream to eSignLive and get a signing link. The co-ordinates that I use consider top left corner as the reference origin (0,0) and calculate the signing coordinates based on that.

I would like to only display the document to be signed inside the iframe rendered on my side.
How can I achive that?
I have tried modifying ceremony settings but still I get a lot more elements.
