Is there any way I can remove account logo. I can replace it by logo-esl.png with logo I want. But I don't want any logo in the signing page. How do I do that Thanks

Hello, We are running into performance issues related to the considerable size of the initial load of ESignlive on devices with a weak cellular signal. I did some investigating and found that the typical first load (before cache) is about 4.1MB.

/api/account/subaccounts call returns number of subaccounts. I was wondering if it returns more than 100 subaccounts or if not, what I should do in order to retrieve more than 100 subaccounts.

Cannot send package without approvals

UPDATE: Solution in comment sectionHi,I create packages only by adding roles and signatures with ESL tags on document and it always worked perfectly. Until rencently, maybe a couple of days, we started receiving "Cannot send package without approvals" error.
Validation Error -on uploadApiDocument, The number of Pre-Verify results does not match the number of documents that were sent for verification.

Hi, I am using spring boot rest template to create onespan package. I am trying to upload multiple files under key word "file" and json structure as "payload". But I am getting 400 bad request. I have also checked whether the byte array is base64 encoded or not.

Guys, We have a backup account that is not tied to a vault for testing. We've been told that one account that we are using for a notary has been set up correctly but when I try to update the professional identity fields for that user, I get this error.
