I'm looking for information on the declined process. When a signer declines a document, what happens in the system? Does the signer status get updated or is this at a package level? What happens to the package?

I am trying to implement a document with some fields that forces each character to occupie a specific space. The only way I was able to do it right now was creating multiple 1 character textbox for each space but its far from Ideal.

Hi There,
I am a newbie to eSignLive and is doing some research to see how we can improve our sales process.
Our system currently generates contracts (PDF) dynamically and then email it to customer for signature.
I know that through the eSignLive portal, I can mark up where in the PDF contract cu
