First time using the API. I have a document with 2 signers, and the first signer receives the email from OneSpan indicating the need to sign, with a 'GO TO DOCUMENTS' button in the email. But clicking on the link opens a page that only states:

Hi! (I am reposting as for some reason my post was deleted) I a not able to create a package from a template as I receive the following error message : Could not create a package from template. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

Hey there, I've got some established code that is able to create packages consistently. However, I've run across a particular set of documents / metadata that is preventing the server from creating. This is the error from SDK: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.
JSON Schema "data" node max length

Executing a ./api/packages/ POST which includes a status update along with the "data" node. I cannot find the max length of this node. I'm pretty sure I am hitting the max since this is the response I am receiving.

Hello, I am running into an issue when using a layout that was created with placeholders that specify both an ID and a description. The layout can be successfully created and viewed, but the layout cannot be applied to a package.

I would like to create my own "Accept" and "OPT-OUT" buttons with a custom message as popup to be displayed when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button. I would like to know if there is any service available in EsignLive that I can call, when user click on OPT-OUT or Accept button. Thanks, Ram

Hi There, In our application, we generate a certificate for the end user when they complete the transaction and we want that certificate to be automatically signed for the user without any interaction from us. Is such kind of integration possible with eSignLive?

Team, We have required to have the Auto signed by the user , i.e we wanted have a check box on the UI that says Acknowledge and when the user check's this box the Document should be marked as "Signed by XYZ on datatime" on a specified page . Please let know if this is possible. Regards Surya
