Text Tag Extraction is not working without signature

I am using text tag extraction feature and adding signer dynamically and without adding approval code was working fine. But now it is breaking and throwing error Could not send the package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://sandbox.esignlive.com/api/packages/GMIDN3a4cS_vsgPlT2__X8vjRL4=. Optional details: {"messageKey":"error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals","message":"Cannot send package without approvals.","code":400,"name":"Validation Error"}.
Can you please help me out?. If it is required will share my code repo as well

You mentioned you are using text tag extraction without signature - are you trying to exact fields without a signature/approval? Why I am asking is because in today's OneSpan Sign, every field has to be associated to a signature. A document without any signature is so called Accept-only or Consent document, but you won't be able to add any field to this kind of document.
Based on the foregoing statement, may I also know the exact requirement how you want to design this document - is this an accept-only document, what types of the field you want to extract, etc?
