Guys, We've noticed on a few occasions that when you guys update your sandbox it almost always breaks our account that is tied to a Vault. Because of this it stops our workflow until the issue is resolved.

Hi, I tried to get email in French locale, but it seems not successful for me. I create package via API, in the package level, locale=fr, in the signer levle, locale =fr as well, but I still don't get email in French.

Hi, I want to upload customized default consent form for every package, and my account already removed the 'default consent' form. when I tried to upload the form as document id as 'default-consent', this form always in document index 1 instead of index 0 as expected. any idea?
