when i am trying to use REST api for virtual room. I am getting a message as virtual room feature disabled. Can anyone guide me on how to enable this feature.

When 'eslClient.getPackageService().getPackage({packageID}).getSigners()' is used, it gives a list of all signers including the sender as one of the signers.

When below line is called, it returns a list of all signers including the sender as one of the signers.
IList signers = eslClient.GetPackage(new PackageId("")).Signers;
This is the case even though the sender has no documents to sign.

I have just started working with the API and the .NET SDK, because I wasn't able to add another signer from the sandbox WEB UI to a recently created transaction.
This just occurs when one or more of the recipients have already signed the document.

Hello,
Is there a REST API call to GET a zip file containing all packages from the eSignLive account? Main reasons would be for pdf archival of all the transactions flowing through the system.
I'm using Postman and curious what the GET call would be.

I was running the Copy tool to copy two templates Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney and Michigan Treasury Power of Attorney with Spouse and I keep getting this error. I tried copying All templates and 37 of 41 did copy over successfully.

When we are trying to access the document added to the package seeing 'An error occurred' message.
