I need to identifying packages created via Bulk Send operations.  I see in Package data there is a Boolean field called "bulkSendable". If this is 'true' was the Package created via Bulk Send?
KBA failure max tries not being enforced. Signers never get locked

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.
not generating PDF

Hello, I am creating package. After that I am writing data in that PDF via fields extraction. And downloading that PDF that is written. It was working perfect till now. But suddenly today, The PDF is getting blank that is 0 size.

Our client is receiving the error message "No Role found for signer email" when trying to send a package. We are creating a custom ID however the custom ID is guaranteed to be different (one ends in -1 the other in -2).
