Is it possible to update the handover urls everytime a different user accesses the package? We have users who will access the document via sa personalised URL and we are hoping that after signing it would navigate them back to their personal url.

My transactions usually have the same signer for the first and third signer. I give the signer the sending URL and they enter their own name and email address for the first and third signer, and they enter the second signer's name and email address as well.

In Sandbox, when I call the API for signing status, it always returns SIGNING_PENDING.

I have a support ticket out for this but the response time is something horrible. We have a package that is up in Production that somehow managed to get put into draft mode and we do not know why.

Hello,
We have integrated our salesforce application with onespan using APEX SDK for our e-signature use cases.
We have this below scenario:
1. Salesforce user XXX sends an e-signature request to customer.
2. Customer signs the document.
3.
