Guys,
When we view a non required document on a pc or table, it allows the users to arrow past it. When we take that same loan and view it on our mobile phone, the user does not get the ability to arrow past it. They have to either accept it or decline it. Is this intended?

If we enable the Decline button on the Consent document and a signer selects that when receiving a new package will we be able to send them another package in the future?

Hi,
We would like to check if it is possible to set up an account for a group, using for example a shared mailbox for the user. Then, people with access to that mailbox would be able to access OneSpan to send documents for signature.

Hi, i am trying to use the POST api /api/packages/{packageId}/attachment/{attachmentId} to add an attachment to a package but i always receive the below reply.

Hi all,
What would you recommend to use for a production application, Java SDK version: 11.33 or API calls.

As per our understanding on sign any where feature the link of the document will be emailed to the email provided and pin details will be provided to mobile number.If the user doesn't have mobile number or they are not providing mobile number is their any possibility of providing pin
