Team, I am looking for help with below scenarios 1) To add a signer to a transaction, is signer emaild id mandatory in signer json request? 2) What if we have a scenario, where a couple wants to use same email id, but both has to be setup as signers in a transaction?

In the eSignlive documentation below, it states that we can customize colors for the signing Ceremony. But I don't see any reference to it in any of the sample code or other areas of the document.

Based on eSign documentation and my testing, I didn't see an option for the user to decline on the mobile version. I only saw Opt-out. Is decline not an option for mobile? Thanks.

Hello, Are we able to have the "signing date" display based on user time zone? For example, if the customer is accessing eSignLive in a pacific time zone, display signing date with PDT.

Question: We have a business process where internal users need to quickly sign documents that have multiple signature locations. Ideally, we would want our users to access a document, view it on screen then with a single click sign all locations. Is there a way to accomplish that with eSignLive?

Hi See Attachment Here's the DOCUMENT_SIGNED push notification, I can't associate the sessionUser to either signer in the Package object returned from the SDK. (see the screen shot below, I have the signer Ids boxed in red) Is this a known bug with the push notification? Can this be fixed?

I am working on a project where we will submit documents to ESign Live from our electronic document storage system. Whenever the primary application stores the documents electronically, it automatically protects the PDF document from modification with a password.
