I am attmepting to use a VisualForce page that was created as the template for the signing document. I added the text tags: {{esl:SellerSign1:Signature1,size(80,20)}} {{esl:SellerSign1:Autofield1:SigningDate1,size(80,20)}}

Hello folks. We have made a fairly innocuous change to a PDF template agreement, just the text of an address, however when rendering this on the e-signature page of our application instead of the new text, we get some strange garbled capitalised text. Looks a bit like this:

users unable to sign using apex sdk

hello there, I set up sandbox.esignlive.com with salesforce sandbox. Using Apex sdk I am able to create package and sign it, but when other users from salesforce try to use apex sdk code they can create package in esignlive but they cant sign it.

Hello I am using the JAVA SDK to send signing co-ordinates and a base 64 document stream to eSignLive and get a signing link. The co-ordinates that I use consider top left corner as the reference origin (0,0) and calculate the signing coordinates based on that.

I need a way to prefill some input values. This is something that we can done with onespan sign api today, but prefill input are mutable (once approval access to signing url, he can change their values)
