Hi There,
In our application, I am using the code below to get the documents eSigned Automatically in the sandbox account. There are two documents that needs to be signed and each document is only 70-100kb in size, but the signing process takes about 7~8 seconds to complete the signing.

I am using onespan for sending documents for signing.Is there a way to add custom fields while creating a package? When i am sending the mail for people to sign the document, i make use of fields such as $PACKAGE_NAME and $PACKAGE_OWNER_EMAIL in my html file.

User is receiving error:
02/25/2019 08:35:41.00: Could not upload documents to package. Exception: The remote server returned an error: (400) Bad Request. HTTP POST on URI https://apps.esignlive.com/api/packages/fnoXU33p3SSUy7mp4T_D6zLeA4o=/documents.

While trying to add the document of one package to other package, am getting an exception : Bad Request(400), message:"Cannot upload the document. Please make sure it is not locked."
How can I unlock the document and add it to other package?

When I use the tool (OSS - Package Export & Download Tool - v1.3.3.jar), I can log in with user and password or with API Key. Can I download all packages created with a especific user (sender user)with this tool?

One of your competitors offers something they call a 'document markup feature' that allows signers to make changes to documents and negotiate changes during the signing process. Does OneSpan have any feature like this currently or is it on the roadmap?

Hi There,
In our application, we generate a certificate for the end user when they complete the transaction and we want that certificate to be automatically signed for the user without any interaction from us. Is such kind of integration possible with eSignLive?
