We're receiving some errors in OneSpan when we're running our batch class in Salesforce. The vast majority of records are processed but we're left with a few K that do not run and we receive the errors in the debug logs shown below.

Hello Onespan,
I am currently having weird error.
On signing steps, when I click on 'Next' or 'Accept', (Only sometimes) Onespan prevents me to proceed with "Validation Error" (Please refer attached screen capture).

Hi,
We are seeing very slow performance - both in API responses as well as trying to use the web UI. The API is also sporadically returning us 500 errors.
