Guys,
I am having a hard time finding information about setting the timezone for a date field that is captured when the signer is signing the document. Can anyone provide a link where I can find more information or possible provide a coding sample?

I would like to have 2 signers. The first one is required to upload an attachment. However, I do not want signing to move to the second signer until after the upload takes place. I would then like the second signer to be able to view the attachment and approve it by signing.

I have a client that is having an issue where they are not getting an accurate list of signers for a transaction initiated in eSignLive through their Associate account.

Hi ,
Signer update another signer as change signer.
Now Signer A updated SIGNER B as a SIGNER.
Now I need to download all required documents uploaded by changed signer(B).
If I am doing all Signer of package it is still showing SIGNER A only.

Looks like if the first signer uploads required attachments they are not shown to the second signer... But in our logic the second signer makes decision based on uploaded attachment...

I have 3 groups of signers, lets call them Group1, Group2 and Group 3
A document package is constructed in which there can be multiple documents.
Group1 and Group2 always need to sign all documents.
While Group3 only signs particular documents.
These Groups sign in order, so Group1 first, then Gro
