We are consuming one span esign api from pega. The package creation is failing with the below reason Message: Cannot send package without approvals. Message key: error.validation.sendPackage.noApprovals

I'm trying to upload the attached PDF as part of a template. When I do so, I get this error: Cannot process document. Please make sure your document does not contain any embedded files. Is there a way around this? Perhaps as a different file format?

Hello, Is there any way to shrink the size of the E-Signed by text seen in the attachments? We are using hand drawn signatures, and the sign all signatures. The E-Signed by text is fairly big and makes it difficult to see the actual signature. Thanks.

I want to remove the scroll bar in the esign iframe. we need the iframe height should be dynamic and match to the content height. Please find the attached screenshot. I am getting two scrollbars business don't want that. So want the iframe height to be dynamic based on the content.
