We need to use IE with Enterprise Mode on. But eSign page can’t be displayed when ‘Enterprise Mode’ is selected(there is no problem to display the page when Enterprise Mode is un-selected). Please refer to the attached 2 pictures for details.

Hi,
We are currently facing issues where we did not receive the confirmation (PackageId) from eSign with didSynchronizeTransaction.
So, is there a way to retrieve PackageId with a given temporaryId from iOS SDK?

We are trying to hook up OneSpan with LaserPro and have the documentation to make the connection but no instructions on how it works once completed. I understand that LaserPro will export the docs for eSign but does that then open up in OneSpan.

Hello,
I have requirements to allow the user to initial next to a radio button value, so if he selects "agree" value in a radio button, an initial pops up for user to initial. If he selects "disagree", another initial pops up for user to initial.

How to exclude Lock user from Signer/receipient search List - I am getting search result even if esign sender/account in Locked status? How can i make sure only Active status users list should be displayed and available for selection?
