We have integrated our salesforce application with onespan using APEX SDK for our e-signature use cases.
We have this below scenario:
1. Salesforce user XXX sends an e-signature request to customer.

Dear all,
As you can see from the screenshot attached, normally next to the radio buttons we have the text “Agreeâ€, “I don’t Agreeâ€, which seem to be covered(hidden) by the placeholder markup code in the produced document in the Signing Ceremony.

We were able to leverage the ceremony settings and were able to take our customers to our defined url after they complete signature.
Two days ago, it mysteriously stopped working. Now it just shows "Done" button which does not do anything.

Hi,
I'm integrating with the e-sign live api and have had some trouble with certain pdfs causing the signing ceremony to give me a blank page. After the package is created and a url is created the window appears blank. (Even the default-consent document won't show up).

It shows correctly, but I would like to remove the button "Send to Sign" at the top right.

We've done our initial production rollout of our new feature that includes eSignLive integration - everything is working great, but one of the early feedback items that has come back our way is the desire to do a bit of custom branding around the signing session.
