Hello, I am new to the OneSpan sandbox and REST APIs/.NET SDK I have the following scenario and I'm using some CodeShare samples to piece this together:

I created an OneSpan Sign sandbox account and I'm trying to connect via the Salesforce OneSpan app however when I try I get an API key is not valid error. Has anyone ran into this before?

We are having a problem when the client tries to finalize the signature of the document. When clicking on the confirm button, the message "The selected document(s) could not be uploaded. The document(s) might be corrupted or locked."
