Hi, Around the 5th October it looks like we can no longer create packages containing a mix of text anchor fields and positional placement fields. The following payload used to work before Oct 5th in the OneSpan sandbox environment. {

We have set up our account with maximum allowed KBA failures = 3 but ESL is allowing seemingly unlimited invalid retries. So, signers never get locked and the KBA_FAILURE and SIGNER_LOCKED emails and callback notifications don't get sent.

Hi, Currently using APEX SDK to retrieve a template from OneSpanSign, then removing roles from the template as needed, if the number of signers change. I've currently defined 2 roles on the template, and am trying the scenario where only 1 is needed.

Hi, With the standard PackageBuilder/DocumentBuilder coding, as per the example below, every specific field needs to be included in the single PackageBuilder statement.  With this, every document type must be coded separately and the statements are often very long in nature.
