Hi there, I am hitting this endpoint: "/packages/:packageId/documents" in an attempt to add a PDF document for esigning. The PDF was converted from HTML by Puppeteer (a node dependency).

One last question. I have installed the SDK in my org and put together a small bit of code to create a simple package as shown by Rob in this post:

However, it appears that my SDK is not being recognized. Any ideas?

What IP you'll be using to send events back to us in the sandbox environment. Is there IP restrictions on who we open this site up to from the outside? Just need to know so we can restrict that in the firewall.

I can't seem to get oAuth2 working so I'm wondering if anyone has. All my attempts for token retrieval end in a 401 with an invalid_client response. I'm sure my account is setup correctly and the values are being sent correctly in the auth call.

Hi,
Recently one of our team using ifram to launch the signing ceremony, they said it requires loading 2 times in iframe in order to open the signing page.
any idea?
currently their solution is 1st loading login page, 2nd loading signing URL , then it works.

how to get the report completion for specific time period in a day like between 8am to 12 pm.

Hello,
Is it the case that any customer email address ending with .inc (as in [email protected]) would be considered invalid in the OneSpan v7.0 on premise setup?
If yes, is there any way to overcome the limitation?

We have a service setup to get the "SIGNER_COMPLETE" notification but we need to iterate through and see who has signed and who hasn't. Is there a way in the .net code to get which signers are complete or at least which documents they have signed in the package?

I am connected in production Salesforce to a Sandbox trial account. I keep getting this error if I try click 'New' to create a new package or template in the eSignlive App. I can create a new Convention without issues, though.
