I would like to be able to save a 'role' type attribute against a group signer - for example 'Insurance Agent'. I find when I save a signer of type group, the customId attribute is not returned when I request the package.

After doing some 11.39 SANDBOX testing; seems retrieving Sender via Email works but retrieving Sender via Sender ID does not.

With this https://www.esignlive.com/blog/e-signlive-how-to-setting-up-callbacks/ , it looks like callbacks can be setup via code rather than through the eSign Admin UI. Do you setup this callback each time a package for is created?

When scanning CRONTO using onespan app, I keep getting error message "invalid activation parameters". The activation password used to create the CRONTO(Hex) was from an offlineMDL registration.

If a OneSpan Sign package has 3 documents to sign, does the event notification send one message to cover all three documents or does it send 3 messages with different Document Ids?
