Hello, I want to check two point with you. 1. I can not arrange documents in Sandbox template layout. 2. When I reduce the field or increase the field size using the mouse in sandbox , it is changing the font (see attachment). Thanks, Nehme

I have a client who is trying to use a convention that has two Signer Labels within a template and but not able to specify a Signer Label to a placeholder. This is possible with the Salesforce connector. But, this looks like a bug Dynamics connector V2, please advise.

I want to show template documents to our reviewers but they can’t update the fields. I knew that to use designer mode, packages have to be in draft folder, but I want to disable editing for users. Can anyone suggest me how to achieve this? Thanks. Khatri

Is it possible to get data back from a package after it has been signed? For example if I have a text field on a template, after it has been filled out and signed, is there a way to get that data within my visual studio project?

Hi!  Do you know if I can retrieve the fields that I configure in the template layout? I know that we have available an evidence summary, but is possible to retrieve this fields by an API service? Not as a pdf but as metadata.  Thanks for your help!!!

If we wanted to NOT put a logo but place a barcode on the evidence summary template can we do that for eSignLite.  We want our OCR technology to be able to pick up that it's an evidence summary document and perform straight through processing.

Hi, Recently, I tried us copy-tool v1.6.0 copy layouts from on-prem to CA sandbox account, and I got error (see attachment), any idea? but it's successful to copy template between on-prem and CA sandbox.   thanks, Cindy

Hello, I download the tool to migrate the accounts from sandbox to production server. The tool working fine but when migrating all the templates, the sandbox watermark still showing. Kindly, advice how this water mark can be removed in production account for esignlive. Thanks, Nehme
