There is a customer who is currently troubleshooting a new button for a client of theirs that uses Silanis. The button initiates a new ESL document and is supposed to prepopulate some label and field values from Salesforce, but all the fields are coming in as blank.

Hi my requirement is I want to download the templates and use them in offline signature capture? Does iOS sdk support downloading of templates and and applying them on documents in offline? Can templates be edited with pre populated data in offline using iOS sdk?
Adding a text file via .NET API

Using the OneSpanSign.sdk there is no document type for text files, which may or may not have the TXT extension.  I can drag and drop files via the UI into transactions but I don't see any easy way using the API to upload them.

Hello there, I just have a quick question regarding the signing ceremony that one of the QAs is experiencing. Occasionally, the signature box breaks way off the page and ends up showing up in the corner.
