Hello Folks We have a question regarding the image of the signature when signing. Is the image saved in eSignLive for re-use on the next signing? If yes, how do we enable and use this feature?
EslClient createPackage not working on MAC

PackageId packageId = client.createPackage(superDuperPackage3); This works on Windows but when I run it on a MAC I get an EslException with a getLocalizedMessage() of "Could not create a new package" I am running it on macOS High Sierra (version 10.13.1)

Hi, If our application somehow missed the callback event of opt-out/decline, is there any REST API which can be used to fetch the details about signer who opted-out/decline and with what reason?
When I click on the Iframe confirmation button I get an error 502 bad request

When I look in the browser console I see this error : Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway) Incomplete response received from the application Incomplete response received from application

Now sure if this has been asked before, but we need to retrieve which signer was last sent the signature email by OneSpan, including the signing order of this signer.  Thanks! JP

Hello, If for a single package there are three signers in which two have same email Id, and its a case of In-person, is there any way to allow same email address for two different signers. Thanks, Aniket

On OneSpan Sign, if I am a delegate for a user and I decide to sign a form on behalf of the user, who's name appears on the form signature?  Is it my name or the user I am delegate to?
