I'm using the SDK to create a package that contains one document to be signed. I want to offer my customer the ability to 'Cancel' a package. Should I use the 'Trash' or the 'Delete Package' method? What are the differences?
Issue with Random Signature Failures

The customer keeps getting random OneSpan signature failures when users try to send a document for signature. The same transaction works sometime and not others.

Users just started reporting an error code when trying to send a signature to a customer.  "The supplied input cannot be parsed"  Any clues as to what the issue could be? Is this a salesforce error or OneSpan?

Email address ending with .inc are marked invalid

Hello, Is it the case that any customer email address ending with .inc (as in [email protected]) would be considered invalid in the OneSpan v7.0 on premise setup? If yes, is there any way to overcome the limitation? Regards, Vinay
