Hello, I tried to make an API call to retrieve incomplete SENT packages, but the results included a COMPLETED package along with SENT packages. All COMPLETED pakcages were not returned, just one was.  Here is the call:

Can some help me out with this error message?  The first signee had no issues but the second signee went to the package a day later to sign and then received an Access Denied.  Is it possible there was some kind of timeout because they waited a day to sign?  I didn't think tha

In the options for a Txn a reminder can be setup: a) What is data element internal to package that controls whether reminding is be set? b) What is data element internal to package that specifies # of days to wait until sending reminder?c

I have been using the rest api to create transactions for the signing ceremony. The api returns a token and the transaction id. I have built the url to open it in another browser tab and continue with the signing ceremony.
Zooming on mobile make the capture signature area too big.
