Hello, I hit the REST API to try and delete a document from our package, and this is the response we got. { "messageKey": "error.validation.cannotDeleteDocumentInActivePackage", "message": "Document is in a active package and cannot be deleted.", "code": 400, "name": "Validation Error" }

I am working on a solution to create a package containing a single document. When I use a .pdf file, this works fine - the document is sent; a signing URL is generated and I can sign. When I try to use a .docx file, I get a HTTP 400.

Hi Team, We are trying to integrate One Span Sign into our PHP Laravel application. We got the sample from the support team. But we are getting the following error when we try to create the package. Here we are using PHP CURL functionality to initiate the REST API calls.

In the Transactions List on the Live Site I only see 5 Columns listed Transaction name, Recipients, Last Updated, Status and Expiry Date Is it possible to add other Columns and make the sortable?

I am trying to run a simple application which does not do much. It simply attempts to wrap a sample PDF around an e signature and the error I get is Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslServerException HResult=0x80131500 Message=Could not send the package.
