I'm trying to create a new package in sandbox.esignlive.com, but when I try to upload the document I'm getting: HTTP/1.1 415 Unsupported Media Type
Basically I'm trying to reproduce the same calls as you are making in your PHP example, so:

We create a package where Primary and Secondary signers are both true
We set the expiry datetime for 1 hour when we create the package
We process the package, then send the uploaded documents to OneSpan to sign the documents.

I believe "sending of email" has been turned off on the sandbox I am using. we don't want them to send because sign them in the IFrame.

Hello Sir,
I have added radio control tag inside the pdf file like below way :

We have a template in eSign which uses custom label to populate values in the document with signer information e.g signer DOB, SSN. Currently our user use bulk file upload feature to create multiple packages for each signer in the One Span Application.

Can anyone confirm or deny if Adobe AcroForms are currently supported?

For attachments that are uploaded, how can I get the file extension (PDF, jpg, tif, etc...)? I only see these attributes on OneSpanAPIOjbects.AttachmentRequirement:
