Hello, I have an issue in IAS integration with AD. I can't add AD users to IAS for event logs i got below error: {Error Code: '(-30)' ; Error Message: 'Failed to search on and/or bind to LDAP server(s)'}}

We are not able to render the generated signing url in our browser or iframe. The page used to display the consent form but it now remains blank. PFA images of the console logs while attempting to open the signable document.

I was trying to implement Call back service in Salesforce from One Span. I have implemented all the steps in Salesforce mentioned in Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3. But however when a transaction is completed in One Span my apex method is not being called. No logs as well.

I use the event notifier with a Iframe (https://community.onespan.com/documentation/onespan-sign/codeshare/esignlive-event-notifier) for couple years in my projet and when I have configure it initially the event to check for completion was ESL:MESSAGE:SUCCESS:SIGNER_COMPLETE.

Hi.... I followed the instructions to copy the layout/templates from the Sandbox to Prod environment and received the message that they were successfully copied. However, when I log into the account in PROD, the layout/templates are not there. I have attached a screenshot of the message

Hi!  When I use the tool (OSS - Package Export  & Download Tool - v1.3.3.jar), I can log in with user and password or with API Key. Can I download all packages created with a especific user (sender user)with this tool?

I am writing an app that will hypothetically integrate with OneSpan Sign. I would want the users of my app to be able to log into OneSpan Sign and grant my app permission to create Transactions in their OneSpan sign account on their behalf. Is this possible with OneSpan sign?
