Hi Duo; This Copy Tool question is from another customer. They are trying to migrate all templates and layouts from all senders in their Sandbox account to those same users in the Production account. I should point out that they are not using subaccounts

I am creating a transaction with REST API . and i offer the ability to the user to use the designer in order to add signors and signatures. However, when the user tries to add recipient, the signing order attribute is set to ON automatically. Can that be disabled all the time ??

We are using Apex SDK to create transaction in OneSpan, we aren't using OneSpan Salesforce Connector. We have API key for authentication. When the user create transactions in OneSpan from SF, sender is always OneSpan's user attached to master account.

Hi, from the documentation, there are 3 pre-defined roles: admin, manager and sender. Another concept is about 'owner' as user type? what's the difference between 'owner' vs roles? and can anyone be 'Owner'?   thanks, Cindy

We use subaccounts and I can use the API to create and rename them.  Is there an API call to get the current email signature block and then assign a new block if needed.  This is the only branding I need to do at the subaccount level because everything else is inherited from our primary
