Based on eSign documentation and my testing, I didn't see an option for the user to decline on the mobile version. I only saw Opt-out. Is decline not an option for mobile?

Hello, since the opt_out option is removed in the 11.42 release. What are our options if our client want to sign on paper ?

I'm using sandbox.e-signlive.ca.
On this platform I get this behaviour which in my mind is unexpected.

does the wording for the button such "opt out' or 'decline" can be changed? if so, does it apply to system level or account specific?

Hi,
Currently we are getting the error when we sent the same Package ID where signer Opt Out and reinitiating the Signature.
Please confirm whether this will accept the request or not.

Hi team,
If our application somehow missed the callback notification of declined event, is there any SDK function that can be used to fetch the details about signer who opted-out/decline and with what reason?

I need to query for packages that changed status (e.g. completed, expired, opted out, sent) within a given time frame. For example, I may want to query for all packages that expired since yesterday, regardless of when the package was created.

I've noticed that HTML tags are removed instead of being encoded.
For example, the Signer opted out with a message:
Can't sign as there is a tag visible.
In the admin panel, there is a message:
Can't sign as there is a tag visible.
