Hi, normally we did document extraction and it works fine. now our client has the sample form with text tag extraction, but i tried it, it seems not working.  could you let me know how to make text tag extraction working via API call?

Guys, We've noticed that when we have a notarized package, the users are not able to download the documents until after they sign and confirm the document. When there is not a notary associated to a package, the user can download the documents at any point during the transaction. Is this intended?

Hi, Every time When I create template, a default document named “Electronic Disclosures and Signatures Consent” is created. I don’t want this document. Is there a way to do this? Thanks

Guys, We are having an issue where a signer completed a transaction and then the transaction went into DRAFT mode. Is there a way to see a history to see what happened and what would have caused the transaction to go into DRAFT mode?
How to define two signers with same signing order in Web UI

I have 3 signers A, B and C. A is the sender. B and C are the other two signers. When defining the signer workflow, how can I specify B and C with same signing order 1, and then set A to signing order 2? We are using the On-Prem version 11.13.
what's the difference between signer UI and sender UI?
