Hi, We can generate package but not signing ceremony token from Safari browser. So, we see that package id is generated but we can not generate token when calling from safari browser. Can you please help for solving this issue? Thank you.

Hi  Using REST we are able to create the package without sender, but when we add sender details the package Create API is giving 404 with 'Resource not found' error message Could you help us on above issue please?

Is there a way to query server status to tell when a server goes down? We just got hit with an emergency maintenance on the Production server but didn't get any notification what so ever. Is there a way to resolve this issue for any future problems?

In my MVC code project testing creating a Package I am trying to add a .WithSignatureStyle and  .WithSignatureType. and the SDK says it does not have a definition of neither one in the builder.The issue is that the signature option only comes up as drawing. 
Insufficient Privileges error in Salesforce when anyone who is not Onespan sandbox owner tries to view transaction record

Hey,So when I use OneSpan sign as myself (connected user to onespan in Salesforce under admin tab) I have no issues. But if I have another admin who has same permissions try to view a transaction record they get the Insufficient Privileges error. Any idea why this is happening?

I have included the eSignLive package related list on the Contact and Account detail pages in Salesforce connector for eSignLive! However, those detail pages are not showing any eSignLive activity – only the Opportunity. Is it possible to see that information on Contact/Account?

Whenever we download completed signature documents from the platform and open them in external PDF viewers such as Adobe Acrobat, the signature fields say there is an issue and that the certificates are not trusted. Why is this happening and how can it be corrected?
Dependencies on httpclient

esignlive's httpcomponents version is 4.3.6. We were previously using 4.0, and I updated our builds to use 4.3.6. We have now run into an issue where that breaks another of our third-party dependencies. Is esignlive compatible with 4.2.2 or earlier (we would prefer to revert to 4.0).
