Guys, We have a backup account that is not tied to a vault for testing. We've been told that one account that we are using for a notary has been set up correctly but when I try to update the professional identity fields for that user, I get this error.

Hi, When creating the package programatically (using the REST API / Java SDK), can we configure signer workflow? i.e. signer1 signs first and then signer2. The default behavior is that there is no workflow i.e. all signers get notified simultaneously. please let me know thanks Neel

We have a scenario that if a customer signed the contract but didn't complete the payment, when the person came back again, he needs to do the whole transaction again. So, for an archived package, can we use the same customId and Package Name? Thank you

Does a package automatically complete and close when the last signer signs? Is it possible to keep the package open - so we add another document for example - until we call an explicit operation to close/complete the package (even if everyone has completed signing)?
