our client is expecting front-end event notification when signing is completed, does OneSpan provide it? not the one registered in the portal.
by the way, client using iFrame to launch OSS.

I'm getting an object reference error when executing EslClient.ReportService.DownloadCompletionReport() for certain dates.
The last couple of days I’ve received the following exception using the eSignLive api:
Silanis.ESL.SDK.EslException: Could not download the completion report.

Hi,
I have to ask Required Document from signer but Number of Required documnet is dynamic.
It depends upon agent to ask any number of document to signer.
I have created signer using SDK and want to add required doc dynamically based on number of documentes requested to Java code.

Guys -
Can you only create an electronic smart note when there is a notary associated to the package? I'm running a few tests where I send a package with just signers and I am not able to create a smart note. When I send the exact same package with a notary, I can then create the smart note.

Hi,
Anybody knows if the callback functionallity can be invoked directly after signing the document and not waiting for user input on the "Confirm" button.
Or if we could trigger the callback from a button of our own?

We are reviewing documents we have received back from E-Sign. We have a situation where customers enter an actual written signature, and then the final document has the E-Signed By NAME HERE watermark over the actual signature.
Is there any way to move or hide that watermark?

Is it possible to have an area on a form where the signer can free form draw? We have a form that the signer needs to designate an area of the body - and they are instructed to draw on the body to indicate the issue at hand. Is this possible?

Hello, I want to send a pdf file using e-sign. I sent a file (by creating transaction) using sandbox account manually and I want to do the same via rest api. Could you please share the anonymous block or wrapper program to call send a pdf file to the existing package.
