Hi ,
I have callback listener setup and configured to trigger when there is "PACKAGE COMPLETE" , "PACKAGE DECLINE" and "EMAIL BOUNCE" events. While it works fine with the "PACKAGE COMPLETE" and "PACKAGE DECLINE" events, I am not able to get a response for "EMAIL BOUNCE".

We are integrating e-SignLive with an EPiServer site. The EPiServer version we are using depends on log4net version 1.2.10 but the Silanis.ESL.dll depends on 1.2.13. We tried using a binding redirect in the application's web config with no luck.

There is this docs page http://docs.e-signlive.com/doku.php?id=esl:api:e-signlive_rest-api-routes but there I can see only some mentions about 10.6 and 10.7, although the header contains 10.10.
On some forum topics reply I was told to use version 11.

I set a package language with French.
final DocumentPackage documentPackage = packageToBuild.withLanguage(Locale.FRENCH)
Nothing changed to French except the embedded Consent pdf in the page as attached.

We are in process of changing OneSpan SDK to OneSpan REST
In SDK we are retrieving the status using GetSigningStatus(objPackageId, signerId, null) which giving us 'InActive' status as output.

Hi,
We are noticing a surprising behavior when using the REST API to create a package, compared to a package created using the UI.
When we use your quick start "Create and send a package" (https://developer.esignlive.com/guides/quick-start/creating-and-sending-a-package-java/), we should have only
